Court Gives AAP Fresh Order
A Federal High Court in Abuja has asked the Action Alliance Party (AAP) to present its witnesses in court on October 12 in the forgery suit against the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In the suit, the AAP is seeking the disqualification of the APC flag bearer on the grounds of alleged certificate forgery.
Justice Obiora Egwuatu issued the order on Thursday when he fixed October 12 as a new date to enable parties in the suit complete filing of their processes and exchange same as required by law before the adjourned date.
